Case Study: Dovetail Construction Co. Office Showroom

Dovetail Construction Co. built a LEED platinum building in Richmond in November 2009. The original geothermal contractor failed to install the geothermal loop correctly. The loop had underground leaks and was not installed in accordance with the engineered drawings and, unfortunately, had to be abandoned. Marshall Mechanical installed a new geothermal loop in accordance with the engineered drawings and re-piped the geothermal system to function properly.
