Try-Me Art Warehouse was a fast-track design build project with Dovetail Construction. The warehouse is a 12,000 sq. ft. art storage facility in a renovated 1920's bottling warehouse. The HVAC was designed to maintain a consistent space temperature of 70-72 F degrees and relative humidity of 50-55%.
